Welcome to Wellness with Jer
Dating and finding somebody that gets you is hard enough, and then maintaining that relationship is a lot of work. Throw in a job, maybe some kids and pets, and somehow time to get to the gym and make a healthy meal? Crazy hard. Despite being insightful, motivated, and loving... relationships are hard. For everyone.
Dating and finding somebody that gets you is hard enough, and then maintaining that relationship is a lot of work. Throw in a job, maybe some kids and pets, and somehow time to get to the gym and make a healthy meal? Crazy hard. Despite being insightful, motivated, and loving… relationships are hard. For everyone.
Are you tired of fighting and having to walk on eggshells? Maybe you’re missing the connection, love, and affection you once felt. Often, lack of communication, fear of repeating the past, and broken trust get in the way of the relationships we want. Maybe you’re feeling like you aren’t the kind of partner you want to be. Sometimes we end up spending so much time and energy thinking of ways to fix it or what went wrong that we don’t have the mental capacity for friends, family, or focusing at work.
It’s common to fear that your relationship won’t get back on track; almost all of my clients come to me feeling this way initially. Maybe you’re worried your partner won’t even come to therapy with you, or you’re pretty certain that you will just fight in therapy like you do at home. Being vulnerable is scary. And also incredibly worth it.
You deserve to have that close, connected relationship you always dreamed of. Feeling love and happiness whenever you look at your partner is not out of your reach.
If you want to rekindle the easy friendship, the deep connection, and the passionate desire you used to feel – I see you, and I’d love to help you get there.

I’m excited that you’re looking into your well-being, and that I might be able to assist you on that journey. I am a collaborative therapist, which means that my approach is based around working together to create a unique plan that moves you towards your goals. Each and every person, couple, and family I work with requires a different form of help, and my goal is to tailor-fit my approach to fit with your specific needs. In this collaborative work, the knowledge and expertise you have in your own life is blended in a meaningful way with my knowledge and years of experience to create a path towards a life that is healthier and happier.
Maybe this is your first step towards wellness, or maybe I will be the fifteenth therapist you’ve tried. Either way, I know that asking for help is difficult, and I admire the effort you’re putting into being a healthier version of you. I’d love to learn more about you and how I can be helpful.
